Removal of Order forbidding Postal Correspondence for J. I. Tiefenbeck.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the person whose name and late address are shown hereunder is no longer engaged in advertising the treatment of diseases of the sexual organs, hereby rescinds the order made, under section 9 of “The Post Office Act Amendment Act, 1906,” on the 11th day of May, 1907, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of May, 1907, forbidding that any postal packet addressed to such person shall be either registered, forwarded, or delivered by the Post Office of New Zealand, and orders that such postal packets addressed to such person at his present address shall be registered, forwarded, and delivered in the usual course.

Forbidding the Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence for the M.E.B. Company, Sydney.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the company whose name and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in advertising the treatment of diseases of the sexual organs, it is hereby ordered, under section 9 of “The Post Office Act Amendment Act, 1906,” that no money-order in favour of the said company shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said company (either by its own or any fictitious or assumed name), or to such addresses without a name, shall be either registered, forwarded, or delivered by the Post Office of New Zealand.

Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of Road through Te Kahakaha and Kaitangata Blocks, Block VII, Waipakura Survey District.
NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 93 of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, in December, 1905, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrant dated the 23rd November, 1905.
