INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION.

Cuba. Portugal, with the Azores and Madeira.
Denmark. Servia.
Dominican Republic. Spain.
France, with Algeria and Colonies. Sweden.
Germany. Switzerland
Great Britain. Tunis.
Italy. United States of America.

Separate arrangements have also been made between Australia and New Zealand.
