the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, delegating powers to the Hawea Domain Board, and doth hereby appoint

MUNGO ALLISON,
JOHN KERIN,
WILLIAM KINGAN,
JOHN KANE,
DONALD URQUHART,
JAMES ARTHUR DRAKE, and
PATRICK JAMES MCCARTHY

to be the Hawea Domain Board, having, subject to the said Acts, control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called the Hawea Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Monday, the second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and seven, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Hawea Flat, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

HAWEA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being Section No. 19, Block IV, Lower Hawea Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road-line, 2918 links; towards the east by Sections Nos. 16, 17, and 18, Block IV, 3750 links; towards the south by Sections Nos. 2 and part of 3, Block V, 2918 links; towards the west by Section No. 18, Block IV, 3750 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: and excluding from the above-described boundaries an intersecting railway reserve: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 25612, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kohinui Domain.


PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of October, 1907.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section two of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made under the provisions of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” on the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and six, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint

to be the Kohinui Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and seven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Kohinui, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

KOHINUI DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section No. 23c, Block I, Makuri Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by the Woodville–Aohanga Road, 100 links wide; towards the east by Section No. 23b; towards the south by Section No. 1; and towards the west by Section No. 96: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 47791, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of October, 1907.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and the amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards Act, 1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and five, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Tokatoka Domain, and doth hereby appoint

Charles Percy Berridge,
Edward Albert Walton,
Thomas Frederick Downs,
William Simpkin,
Charles Dreadon,
Thomas Rogers, and
William Thomas

to be the Tokatoka Domain Board, having, subject to the said Acts, control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called the Tokatoka Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and seven, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and No. 1 Schoolhouse, Tokatoka, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

TOKATOKA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allotment No. 73 of the Township of Tokatoka, and containing by admeasurement 20 acres 3 roods 26 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotments Nos. 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, and 95 of the Township of Tokatoka, 1398 links; towards the south-east and again towards the north-east by Allotment No. 119 of the same township, 218 and 222 links respectively; towards the south by a public road, 429, 637, and 384 links; towards the south-west by Allotments Nos. 101, 100, and 98 of the Township of Tokatoka aforesaid, 920 links; towards the north-west by a public road, 262 links; again towards the south-west by a public road, 365 links; and again towards the north-west by a public road, 1190 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 51847, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Section No. 57 of the Township of Tokatoka. Bounded towards the north-east by a road, 265 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 56, 250 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 55, 266 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 58, 184 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Sections Nos. 71 and 72 of the Township of Tokatoka. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by a road, 365 and 274 links respectively; towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 70 and 69, 365 links; and towards the north-west by
