At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of October, 1907.

His Excellency The Governor in Council.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers vested in him by "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act 1885 Amendment Act, 1886," His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby apportion the representation of the contributory local authorities mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto on the Boards of the districts set opposite to such contributory local authorities in the first column of the said Schedule, in the proportion set forth in the third column of such Schedule.
