Notice by the Public Trustee under “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894.”
To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, containing 40 acres, more or less, being north-west portion of Section 71, Parish of Mangapai, in the Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded on the north by Allotments 38 and 40, 1720 links; on the south-east by other portion of Allotment 71, 4020 links; on the south-west by a road, 724 links; and on the west by Allotment 70, 3170 links. The land was Crown-granted to John Rylands, of Auckland, bushman, who cannot now be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the owner or owners of the above-described land is or are, and believes that such owner is, or owners are, not in the Dominion.
Now, this notice calls upon such owner or owners, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his or their title to the land specified in this notice; and, if such owner does or owners do not, within the time limited, so establish his or their title, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894.”

To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, containing 1 rood, more or less, being Allotment No. 439, Section 2, in the Parish of Te Papa, Tauranga, in the Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded on the north by Allotment 438, 250 links; on the east by Allotment 431, 100 links; on the south by Allotment 440, 250 links; and on the west by a road, 100 links. The land was Crown-granted to Isaac Lloyd, private, 1st Waikato Militia, who cannot now be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the owner or owners of the above-described land is or are, and believes that such owner is, or owners are, not in the Dominion.
