NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Russell, Bay of Islands, on the 8th day of October, 1907, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow, to hear and determine the appeals set forth in the Schedule hereto.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Appellate Court will sit at the place and on the date aforesaid to hear and determine the objection received to the proposed adjustment of the shares of certain of the owners of the Waihou Lower Block, a notification calling for objections to such proposed adjustment having appeared in the Kahiti o Niu Tireni No. 22, of the 23rd May, 1907.
