SCHEDULE.

CLASS I.—PASTORAL LANDS, being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage, and not capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than Five Thousand Sheep.

Bounded towards the north by a road-line, a gravel reserve, and another road-line; towards the east by a stream; towards the south by the goldfields boundary and the Waituna Lagoon; and towards the west by Sections Nos. 46 and 28, Block V, in the said district.
415A2 4,300 Situated in Takitimo Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Pastoral Run 415A1; towards the east generally by the Takitimo Mountains to Corner Peaks; towards the south by a line to the source of Waikoo Creek; and towards the west by Pastoral Run 173c.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners appointed in pursuance of section 189 of “The Land Act, 1892,” to classify and report upon rural lands in Otago Land District have reported to His Excellency the Governor that the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been classified by them as therein noted.

CLASS I.—PASTORAL LANDS, being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage, and not capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than Five Thousand Sheep.

19 (Waka- tipu) 33,500 0 0 Situated in Lake County, and comprising parts of Dart, Earnslaw, Forbes, and Humboldt Survey Districts. Bounded on the east by Rees River; on the south by surveyed sections in Block I, Earnslaw Survey District, and bush; on the west by Dart Valley Bush; and on the north by right line east to Mount Cerberus, and by summit of Forbes Mountains to Mount Cunningham.
Section 16, Block X, Teviot Survey District 462 1 29 Bounded on the north by Section 17; on the east by Sections 3 to 10; on the south by Section 15, same block and district; and on the west by road-line along watershed.

CLASS II.—PASTORAL-AGRICULTURAL LANDS, being Lands adapted in Part for Pasturage and in Part for Agricultural Purposes, but suitable for Subdivision in Areas not exceeding Five Thousand Acres.

Sections 1, 2, and 8 to 19, Block II, Cairnhill Survey District 6,831 2 17 Bounded on the north by Run 249A; on the east by reserve along Clutha River; on the south by Block III, same district; and on the west by summit of Old Man Range; and intersected by Block I.
79c 582 0 0 Bounded on the north by Run 79B; on the south-east by reserve along Deep Stream; and on the west by Section 1A, Block I, Sutton District.
