NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Ettrick Gold Steam Dredging Company (Limited) held at the registered office of the company, at Roxburgh, on Friday, the 23rd day of August, 1907, at 2 p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was carried:—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that JABEZ BURTON, of Roxburgh, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

THE RILEY’S BEACH GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at 51 Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 30th day of September, 1907, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.
