NOTE.—Under “Work executed” include only such surveys as have been
completed and mapped. Under “Work on Hand” include all arrears, whether
a surveyor has been detailed for the work or not; but the actual work in progress
should be given separately, and against each surveyor’s name the date when
survey was commenced, and probable date of completion of work on hand.
Under “Work proposed for next Month” indicate generally where each surveyor
will probably be engaged during the following month, and the work which he is
likely to finish. The Chief Surveyor shall also append a running summary and
statement regarding each officer’s work and the whole.
