NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the
provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” and its
amendments, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
on or before the 30th day of September, 1907.

  1. HERBERT HART.—202 acres 3 roods 7 perches,
    part Sections 190 and 202, Taratahi Plain Block. Occupied
    by Joseph Applin.

  2. FRANCIS PRICE.—55 acres 2 roods 7 perches,

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a
discharge of Mortgage No. 51879 in favour of DAVID
CORMACK, affecting part of Allotment 2 on Deposited
Plan No. 281, comprised in Lease 6680, and evidence having
been lodged of the loss of the said lease, I hereby give
notice that I will dispense with the production of the said
lease and register the discharge of mortgage as requested
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before

a proposal was submitted by the Kawhia County
Council to the ratepayers of Kawhia County for raising a
special loan of £500 for the purpose of enlarging the wharf-
shed in Kawhia and building sheds at Oparau, Amaroa, and
Kinohaku; and that the number of votes recorded respec-
tively for and against the proposal was as follows: For, 55;
against, 2.

And we declare the said proposal to be carried.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between RICHARD
WILLIAM KELSON and JOSEPH HENRY RICHARD TRIPE,
carrying on business at Waikanae as Sheep-farmers, under
the style of “Kelson and Tripe,” has been dissolved as
from the 31st day of July, 1907, by mutual consent. The
business will in future be carried on by the said Richard
William Kelson, who will discharge all the liabilities of the
firm and receive on the firm’s behalf all moneys owing to
them.
