NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in above-named company held at its registered office, Riverton, on the 16th August, 1907, the following resolution was carried: “It having been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is advisable to wind up same, and that it be wound up accordingly.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of the shareholders will be held at the office of the Liquidator, Tyrone Buildings, Custom Street East, Auckland, at 11 a.m., on Friday, the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven, when the following resolutions will be submitted:—
- That the report of the Liquidator, together with the statement of accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, be received and adopted.
- That the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, be retained by the Liquidator for a period of six months, and after that period be destroyed.
