A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred
by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," and
its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent
of the owners of the land mentioned in the
First Schedule hereto, and of the Onslow Borough Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land
is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Port Nicholson
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road first herein-
before proclaimed.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto
are required to be taken, under "The Public Works
Act, 1905," for the purpose of a road:
And whereas the Cook County Council has laid before the
Governor the memorial, accompanied by a map, and also
the statutory declaration, as required by "The Public Works
Act, 1905":
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and
pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by
"The Public Works Act, 1905," and of all other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the
publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the lands
mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the
purpose of the said road.
