"The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Acts Compilation Act, 1905."—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Wellington Corporation Tramway Employees Industrial Union of Workers, registered No. 497, situated at Wellington, the registration of that industrial union will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof unless within the six weeks specified proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having some claim on the funds of the industrial union to set aside such cancellation, and the same is set aside accordingly.
