Lands taken for a Road in Block IV, Pakiri Survey District, Te Arai Parish, Rodney County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Rodney County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in Pakiri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner and of the lessee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Fitzroy Town Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in Paritutu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
