Exhibits consigned for shipment to the Agent-General for New Zealand, and marked “For exhibition at the Imperial Institute, London,” will be carried free of railway charge.

(40.) Exhibits for Museums.

Exhibits consigned to Public Museums in New Zealand, and marked by sender or certified by curator as “For exhibition at Museum,” will be carried free of railway charge.

(41.) Native Brown Coal.

New Zealand brown coal will be charged at the rates for Class Q up to 75 miles, and at the following rates for the distances specified below:

After a massive fire destoyed the wooden Parliament complex in 1907, Old Government House (depicted) became the seat of Parliament until 1918. Demolished in 1969 to make way for the Beehive.
