Meeting of the Waikato District Maori Land Board.
Auckland, 27th July, 1907.
NOTICE is hereby given that the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Waikato District Maori Land Board to be held at Auckland on Friday, the 2nd day of August, 1907, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.
Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of the land known as Whakataki No. 10, and of the succession to the interest of Tahana Patuwai, deceased, therein; and of the application of Ihipera Patuwai, made to the Chief Judge of the said Court, dated the 4th May, 1896, in pursuance of section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” in respect thereof.
WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report: And upon such inquiry, held in open Court, before Alexander Mackay, Esquire, Judge, it appeared that the succession order made on the 30th November, 1886, whereby Ani Kimi was determined to be the successor to the interests of the said Tahana Patuwai was made in error:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me as Chief Judge of the said Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said order of the 30th November, 1886, appointing successors to the said Tahana Patuwai be, and the same is hereby amended, by substituting the names of Ihipera Patuwai, 1 share; Keita Patuwai, 1 share; Hariata Patuwai, 1 share; Pani Sutherland, ⅓ share; Te Paea or Hariata Sutherland, ⅓ share; and Kingi Potangaroa, 1 share, as successors to the said Tahana Patuwai, deceased, in lieu of the said Ani Kimi; and that all orders founded upon such succession order be amended accordingly.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by Henare Peti, to amend the order of the Court of the 14th day of August, 1894, made on investigation of title of Herupara No. 2D Block.
WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas by error the name of Henare Peti was omitted from the said order of investigation:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the powers in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of investigation above mentioned is hereby amended by adding to the list of names therein the name of Henare Peti for 6/714 share, and by deducting 6/714 share from Henerieta Peti.
As witness my hand, this 30th day of July, 1907.

Order under Section 49 of “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of an application under section 49 of “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895,” by Tini Reu Takurua, to amend the name of Heni Reupene in the partition order for the Wairau, Block XII, Subdivision 12D, to Tini Reupene.
WHEREAS the above application has been referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas by error the name of Tini Reupene was inserted in the said partition order as Heni Reupene: And whereas her proper name to have been inserted in such order, instead of the name so by error inserted, is Tini Reupene:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 49 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said partition order be amended by deleting the name of Heni Reupene as an owner, and by substituting in lieu thereof the name of Tini Reupene.
As witness my hand, this 31st day of July, 1907.
