SCHEDULE.

Roto-Iti Scenic Reserve.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 28 acres 2 roods 12 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 70, 71, 72, and 73, Roto-Iti Village. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 64, 65, 66, and 67, 2000 links; towards the south-east by Crown lands, 2315 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 1497ยท8, 100, and 1000 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 69 of the said Roto-Iti Village (recreation reserve), 1100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55386/9, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Native Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Wharekopae No. 1b3, Section 1, Block VI, Ngatapa Survey District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourth day of July, 1907.

Present:

His Excellency The Governor in Council.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a public work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Wharekopae No. 1b3, Section 1, Block VI, Ngatapa Survey District:

And whereas the said land is held or occupied by Native owners under a title which is not derived from the Crown;

And whereas a map in duplicate has been prepared of the said land, as required by the eighty-ninth section of "The Public Works Act, 1905":

Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the eighty-ninth section of the said Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the land shown upon such map, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be taken for the purposes of the said road; and the said land shall vest in His Majesty the King as from the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of July, 1907.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a public work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block VII, Patutahi Survey District;

And whereas a map in duplicate has been prepared of the said land, as required by the eighty-ninth section of "The Public Works Act, 1905":

Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the eighty-ninth section of the said Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the land shown upon such map, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be taken for the purposes of the said road; and the said land shall vest in the Cook County Council as from the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
