MAORI LAND ADMINISTRATION NOTICE.

Meeting of the Waikato District Maori Land Board.

Auckland, 19th July, 1907.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Waikato District Maori Land Board to be held at Auckland on Thursday, the 1st day of August, 1907, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by Hurimoana Tamihana, to amend the orders of the Court of the 2nd day of May, 1904, appointing a successor to the interests of Paramena Haereiti, deceased, in the Wainui Sections 11, 13, and 14, Square 12, Totaranui Survey District, and in the New Zealand Company’s “Tenth’s,” Nelson.

WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report: And whereas it has been reported upon such application that, by error, the names of the undermentioned persons were omitted from the said succession orders:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the orders of succession above mentioned are hereby amended by adding to each of the said orders, as successors to the said deceased person, the following names: Hurimoana Tamihana, ¼ share, and Rangitukua Putangitangi, ¼ share.

As witness my hand, this 23rd day of July, 1907.
