Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Te Kuiti Domain.

PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of July, 1907.
Present: His Excellency The Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section two of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made under the provisions of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” on the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and seven, the lands described in the Schedule hereto were brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint
WILLIAM LORIGAN,
JAMES STEEL,
ADAM CALLENDER McCARDLE,
ERNEST KERR,
GEORGE McDONALD, and
JAMES WILLIAM WALLACE SEYMOUR
to be the Te Kuiti Domain Board, having the control of the lands described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act;
and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, at two o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of the King County Chronicle, Te Kuiti, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
Te Kuiti Domain.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 31, Block III, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 29 and 30, 567·6 links; towards the south-east by the Pukenui No. 2A Block, Section No. 19, 629·9 links; towards the south-west by the Te Kuiti Main Road, 555·3 links; and towards the north-west by the Mangarino Road, 584·1 and 47·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53073/11A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, being Section No. 30, Block III, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road along the Mangaokewa River, 356·2 links; towards the south-east by the Pukenui No. 2A Block, Section 19, 564·7 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 31, 355·6 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 29, 537·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on plan marked S.G. 53073/11B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 29, Block III, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road along the Mangaokewa River, 384·5 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 30, 537·1 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 31, 212 links; and towards the north-west by the Mangarino Road, 278·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on plan marked S.G. 53073/11C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Clifden Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act;
and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, at four o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. Robert Tapper, Clifden, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
CLIFDEN DOMAIN.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 73 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less, being Section No. 5, Block I, Lillburn Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 1609·9 links; towards the east by a public road, 3870·9 and 29 links respectively; towards the south-west by Section No. 2 in the said block and a public road, 3948·7 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 2180·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56731/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and the amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards Act, 1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and five, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Tuapeka Park and Recreation-grounds Domain, and doth hereby appoint
