Sitting of the Native Land Court at Russell, Bay of Islands.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Russell, Bay of Islands, on the 26th day of February, 1907, to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Ngaruawahia to hear Te Akau Block under Section 26 of Act No. 51 of 1906.
WHEREAS the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court had, by order, directed that the case mentioned in the Schedule hereto should be heard at Ngaruawahia by the Native Appellate Court on the 12th day of February, 1907: And whereas by error and mistake the said case was, by Gazette No. 4, of the 17th day of January, 1907, notified to be heard at a sitting of the said Appellate Court at Ngaruawahia on the 12th day of March, 1907: And whereas it is necessary to correct such error and mistake, and to revoke such hearing of such case for such date: Now, therefore, it is hereby notified that the said case will not be heard at the said sitting on the said 12th day of March, 1907. And it is further notified that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Ngaruawahia on the 12th day of February, 1907, to hear and determine the appeal against the decision set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said applications are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

Te Akau Block.
To review, in accordance with the authority and direction of section 26 of “The Maori Land Claims Adjustment and Laws Amendment Act, 1906,” the report of the Royal Commission in connection with disputes affecting the title of the above-named block, and the subsequent decisions of the Chief Judge, under the provisions of section 14 of “The Maori Land Claims Adjustment and Laws Amendment Act, 1904,” thereon, in as far as questions in dispute between the Native owners as to tribal or hapu boundaries are concerned, and to confirm or, if necessary, amend, in accordance with the equities of the case, any order heretofore made by the Court, the Appellate Court, or the Chief Judge.
