Land proclaimed as a Road in Section 5, Block III, Kumeu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner and of the mortgagees of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Kumeu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Area of Land hereby proclaimed as a Road. Being Portion of Section Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 3 1 37 5 III Kumeu .. R. 4680 Red.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner and lessee and mortgagees of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Stratford County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in the Omona Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road in the Ngatimaru Survey District described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

ERRATA.—In Schedule to Proclamation dated 8th December, 1906, taking additional land in the Borough of Dunedin for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 104, of 13th December, 1906, page 3133, for “Caversham East Extension” read “Caversham Extension”; for “parts of Allotments 12 and 13” read “Allotment 13 and part of Allotment 12”; and for “parts of Allotments 18 and 19” read “Allotment 19 and part of Allotment 18.”
