JUNE 6.] THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE. 1737
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power
and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the pur-
poses of the said Act, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for
settlement.

Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Go-

said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this thirty-first day of May, in the year
of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
seven.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its
amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent
of the owners, lessee, and mortgagees of the lands mentioned
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Masterton County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the said
lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Mikimiki
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road first herein-
before proclaimed.

amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the
owner and lessee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and
with the consent of the Waikouaiti County Council, being
the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a
road the land in Hawksbury Survey District hereinafter
described, that is to say,——
