NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” by Mihi Puketapu (on behalf of her children), to amend the order of the Court of the 3rd day of February, 1905, appointing successors in the Omata No. 5 Block to the estate of Ropata Ngarongomate, deceased, therein, and in Ngatirahiri Nos. 1 and 10 Blocks to the estate of Te Waaka Ngoungou, deceased, therein.

WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on:

And whereas by error the names of the undermentioned persons were omitted from the said orders of succession:

Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of succession dated the 3rd day of February, 1905, made in the matter of Ropata Ngarongomate, deceased, for the Omata No. 5 Block, and the order of succession dated the 3rd day of February, 1905, made in the matter of Te Waaka te Ngoungou, deceased, for the Ngatirahiri Nos. 1 and 10 Blocks are hereby amended by adding to each of the said orders, as successors to the said deceased persons, the following names: Ihaia Porutu Puketapu, one-eighth share; Hirini Puketapu, one-eighth share; Piripi Puketapu, one-eighth share; and Raepakopako Puketapu, one-eighth share.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” made by Kerei Mitai and Harata Maera Kuao, for amendment of the order upon original investigation of title of the Waiaruhe No. 2 Block.

IT is hereby notified that the application of Kerei Mitai and Harata Maera Kuao, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for the inclusion of their names in the list of owners of the Waiaruhe No. 2 Block is hereby dismissed; and leave is granted to the said applicants to appeal from this decision.

As witness my hand, this 10th day of May, 1907.
