Situated about seventeen miles from Otatau Railway-station. There is a formed road to within two miles of sections, remainder foot-track. Land undulating and parts broken. Altitude, from 150 ft. to 450 ft. above sea-level. Well watered; soil fair; mostly dense mixed bush.
