In the matter of the Wellington Public Hall Company (Limited).

A T an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, in Featherston Street, Wellington, on Thursday, the 11th day of April, 1907, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on Friday, the 26th day of April, 1907, the following resolution confirmed, namely:—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that WALTER GORING JOHNSTON, of Wellington, Merchant, and GEORGE THOMAS MASON, of Wellington, Company’s Secretary, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, JOHN KIRTLEY CAMERON and ARCHIBALD CECIL HARRISON, carrying on business as Brewers at Hawera, Taranaki, under the style of “Harrison and Co.,” has been dissolved as from the 9th day of April, 1907.

All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Kirtley Cameron, who will henceforth carry on the business alone.
