NOTE.—Northerly winds prevailed, and the weather was warmer and hazier than usual. Total bright sunshine, 132 hours 20 minutes; five days without recorded sunshine. Daily average for month, 4 hours 16 minutes. Mean daily range of temperature, 9·6° F. Mean dew point, 54·6. Mean relative humidity, 74 per cent.; and mean elastic force of vapour, 427.
