THE PAPAROA COAL COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at the company’s registered office, Ratray Street, Dunedin, on the 11th day of December, 1906, and confirmed as special resolutions at an extraordinary general meeting of the company held at the same place on the 7th day of January, 1907, that is to say:—

  1. That the Paparoa Coal Company (Limited) be and the same is required to be wound up voluntarily.
  2. That FRANCIS ARTHUR CUTTEN, of Dunedin, Accountant, and HENRY FREDERICK NEES, of Dunedin, Contractor, be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up; and that the sum of £50 be the remuneration to the said F. A. Cutten acting as one of such Liquidators, the said Henry Frederick Nees to act without remuneration.
