Note.—A dry and sunny month; winds boisterous at times, and mostly from northward. Total sunshine, 273 hours. Maximum, 13 hours 25 minutes; minimum, 1 hour 18 minutes. Sun shone every day, with an average of 8 hours 42 minutes. Mean daily range of temperature, 11° F.; mean relative humidity, 68 per cent. of saturation; mean dew point, 49·2° F.; mean elastic force of vapour, ·351 in.
