NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between THOMAS VINCENT SIMONS and WALTER JONES, carrying on business as Timber-millers at Tariki, under the style or firm of “Simons and Jones,” has been dissolved as from the 9th day of March, 1907.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Mr. T. V. Simons, who continues the said business under his own name.

Dated at Inglewood, this 16th day of March, 1907.

ADVERTISEMENT OF DISSOLUTION BY INSTRUMENT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Wharf Employees Benefit Society, Register No. 300, held at Wellington, is dissolved by instrument, registered at this office the 16th day of April, 1907, unless, within three months from the date of the Gazette in which this advertisement appears, proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society to set aside such dissolution, and the same is set aside accordingly.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in the name of JAMES BUCHANAN, of Gorge Road, Sawmiller, for Sections 50, 53, 54, 57, 58, and 61, Block V, Oteramika Hundred, being the land comprised in Lease No. 3821, registered in Vol. 69, folio 183, Southland Registry, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said lease, I hereby give notice that a provisional lease will be issued as requested unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 9th day of May, 1907.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, ALFRED HENRY JONES and ALFRED CHARLES MARETT, carrying on business at Napier as “The Universal Furnishing Company,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Alfred Charles Marett, who will continue the business in the same premises.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.

Postage or duty stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.

Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.
