LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” and its amendments, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

  1. HENRY JOSEPH PEARSE and JOHN SPRAGGON.—Lots 92, 92A, Town of Grahamstown, Thames, containing 16⁸⁄₁₀ perches. Occupied by the Thames Rifle Volunteers.

  2. THOMAS WALLEN.—Northern part of Allotment 42 and north-eastern and western portions of Allotment 43, Parish of Oruru, containing together 306 acres 1 rood. Unoccupied.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between FREDERICK THOMAS POOLE and JAMES SHIELS, carrying on business as Flax-millers at The Hook, under the style or firm of “Poole and Shiels,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the date hereof. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said James Shiels, who will continue to carry on the business in his own name.
