NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.
Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

In the matter of Te Aute No. 2 (Rotoakiwa) Block; and of the application of Mutu Karaitiana, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” to amend the certificate of title and Crown grant therein by including the name of Ani Mauruuru.
WHEREAS the above application has been referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas it appears that it was the intention of the Court to include Ani Mauruuru as an original owner, and that the omission of Ani Mauruuru’s name from the signed order for the issue of the certificate of title was due to a mistake or clerical error, and that the certificate of title and Crown grant were prepared from the said signed order:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said certificate of title and Crown grant be amended by including the name of Ani Mauruuru as an owner, and that all other orders of the Court founded upon the said certificate of title and Crown grant be amended accordingly.
As witness my hand, this 21st day of March, 1907.
