IT is hereby notified for public information that the Hon. the Minister of Customs has decided to interpret the Customs and Excise Duties Acts in relation to the under-mentioned articles as follows:—
NOTE.—“Not otherwise enumerated” appears as n.o.e.; “other kinds” as o.k.; “articles and materials suited only for, and to be used solely in, the fabrication of goods in the colony” as a. & m.s. Articles marked thus * are revised decisions.

Notice by the Public Trustee under “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894.”
To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, containing 60 acres, more or less, being the south-western portion of Section No. 108 and the north-eastern portion of Section No. 109, Ruatangata, in the Provincial District of Auckland. This land was Crown-granted to Thomas Gledhill, described as of Auckland, labourer, who cannot be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the owner or owners of the above-described land is or are, and believes that such owner is, or owners are, not in the colony :
Now, this notice calls upon such owner or owners, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his or their title to the land specified in this notice; and, if such owner does or owners do not, within the time limited, so establish his or their title, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894.”

“The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Acts Compilation Act, 1905.” — Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 21 of “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Acts Compilation Act, 1905,” the registration of the Marlborough Master Bakers Industrial Union of Employers, registered number 368, situated at Blenheim, will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof unless within such period it is shown that it has not ceased to exist.
