In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the Riley’s Beach Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, No. 16, Vogel Street, Dunedin, on the 12th day of December, 1906, the following resolution was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1903,’ and that the same be wound up accordingly.”

And at the same meeting JOHN FERGUSON HARPER, of Dunedin, Company Manager, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
