NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands
will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity, at
this office, on Monday, the 25th day of March, 1907, under
the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation
Act, 1900,” and amendments.
If more than one application is received for the same sec-
tion on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided
by ballot.

1892,” and “The New Zealand State Forests Act,
1885,” and the amendments and regulations thereof, that
written tenders will be received at this office from the pro-
prietors of existing sawmills, and logging contractors, up till
12 o’clock noon on Wednesday, the 13th day of March, 1907,
for the purchase of the kauri and other milling timbers stand-
ing on the undermentioned lots :—

68 green kauri-trees, containing approximately 73,997
sup. ft. (standing measurement).
