Application under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” dismissed.

IT is hereby notified that the application of Ruaputahanga, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for the inclusion of his name as one of the successors to the interest of Maku Rangitupoki, deceased, in Te Aro Pa, Section 22, has been dismissed.
