AUCKLAND EAST.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by the Waitemata Harbour from a point in line with the middle of Queen Street to a point in line with the western side of the road running north-easterly from The Strand, east of Mechanic’s Bay: thence towards the east generally by a right line to and along the western side of the said road, 1500 links to the Strand; thence by the Strand, 50 links; thence to and by Suburban Section No. 96; thence by the Government Domain and the Hospital Reserve to the road known as Park Road; thence by the northern side of the said Park Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary-line of Allotment No. 22 of Section No. 3 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by Park Avenue to Carlton Gore Road; thence by the south side of the said road to the western boundary-line of subdivisional Lot No. 37 of original Allotment No. 4 of Section No. 3 of the Suburbs of Auckland; thence by Lot No. 37 aforesaid, and by Lots Nos. 55, 56, 65, 66, 75, 76, 85, 86, 95, 96, 105, 106, 115, 116, and 13, all of the original Allotment No. 4 of the said Section No. 3 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and by the western boundary-line of Allotment No. 13, before mentioned, produced to the southern side of Kyber Pass Road; thence by the said Kyber Pass Road to the eastern boundary of Allotment No. 28 of Section No. 3, Suburbs of Auckland; thence by the eastern boundary of the said Allotment No. 28 to Seccombe’s Road; thence by Seccombe’s Road to Almorah Road; thence by Almorah Road to the Mount Eden Reserve: thence towards the south generally by the Mount Eden Reserve to Mount Eden Road, and by Mount Eden Road to the Auckland-Kaipara Railway-line; thence by the said railway-line to Shaddock Street; thence by Shaddock Street to Mount Eden Road, thence by the southern side of Mount Eden Road to the New North Road; thence by a line across the New North Road to and by Basque Road and by Sections Nos. 1, 3, 4, and 13 to the Great North Road; and thence towards the west generally by a line along the middle of the Great North Road, Karangahape Road and Queen Street to the Waitemata Harbour, the place of commencement. This district also includes all wharves and extensions seaward.
AUCKLAND CENTRAL.
This district is bounded towards the east generally by the Auckland East Electoral District hereinbefore described, from the Waitemata Harbour to the junction of the Great North Road and Pollen Street: thence towards the south-west by Pollen Street to Williamson Avenue: thence towards the west generally by Williamson Avenue to Hepburn Street; thence by a line along the middle of Hepburn Street to Napier Street; thence by a line along the middle of Napier Street to Franklin Road; thence by a line across Franklin Road to Middle Street; thence by a line along the middle of Middle Street to Cascade Street; thence by a line along the middle of Cascade Street to College Road; thence by a line along the middle of College Road and Patteson Street to a point in line with the eastern side of Section No. 18 on the western side of the right-of-way leading into Victoria Park; and thence to and by the western side of the said right-of-way and its production across Victoria Park to the Waitemata Harbour: and thence towards the north and north-west by the Waitemata Harbour to the place of commencement.
AUCKLAND WEST.
This district is bounded towards the west and north by the Waitemata Harbour from Cox’s Creek to the western boundary of the Auckland Central Electoral District hereinbefore described: thence towards the east by the said Auckland Central Electoral District to the junction of Hepburn Street and Ponsonby Road: thence towards the south by Ponsonby Road to Richmond Road; thence by Richmond Road to Cox’s Creek; and thence by Cox’s Creek to the Waitemata Harbour, the place of commencement.
GREY LYNN.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by the Auckland West, Auckland Central, and Auckland East Electoral Districts, hereinbefore described, from Cox’s Creek to
the junction of Normanby Road with Mount Eden Road: thence towards the east generally by Mount Eden Road to the Terrace east of View Road; thence by the Terrace to Sherburn Road; and thence by Sherburn Road to Valley Road: thence towards the south generally by Valley Road to Mount Roskill Road; thence by Mount Roskill Road and Onslow Road to the New North Road; thence by the New North Road and Western Springs Road to the eastern boundary of Allotment No. 38 of Section No. 5, Suburbs of Auckland; thence by Allotments Nos. 38, 40, and 21 to the Great North Road; thence by the Great North Road to the easternmost corner of Allotment No. 17 of Section No. 9, Suburbs of Auckland; thence by Allotments Nos. 17 and 13 to Motion’s Creek; thence by Motion’s Creek to the Waitemata Harbour: and thence towards the north-west by the Waitemata Harbour and Cox’s Creek to the place of commencement.
EDEN.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by the Kaipara and Waitemata Electoral Districts, hereinbefore described, from the west coast to the Waitemata Harbour; thence by the Waitemata Harbour to Motion’s Creek; thence by the Grey Lynn and Auckland East Electoral Districts, hereinbefore described, to the junction of Almorah Street and Seccombe’s Road; thence by Seccombe’s Road to Gillies Avenue: thence towards the east generally by Gillies Avenue, The Pass, and Great South Road to Market Road; thence by Market Road to the Auckland-Onehunga Road; thence by the Auckland-Onehunga Road to Allotment No. 36, of Section No. 10, Suburbs of Auckland; thence by the said Allotment No. 36 to the road forming its western boundary; thence by the road forming the western boundaries of Allotments Nos. 36, 37, and 38 to Selwyn Place; thence by Selwyn Place to the north-western corner of Lot No. 3, of Allotment No. 56 of Section No. 10, Suburbs of Auckland; thence by the said Lot No. 3 to Buckland Road; and thence by Buckland Road to Mount Albert Road; thence towards the south generally by Mount Albert Road to the northernmost corner of Allotment No. 87; thence again towards the east generally by the said Allotment No. 87 to Richardson Road; thence by Richardson Road to the northernmost corner of Lot No. 8, of Allotment No. 71; thence by Lots Nos. 8 and 9 to New Windsor Road; thence by New Windsor Road to the northernmost corner of Lot 10; thence by the road forming the western boundaries of Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Allotment No. 72 to White Swan Road; thence by a line across White Swan Road to the north-western corner of Allotment No. 74; and thence by the said Allotment No. 74 to Manukau Harbour; thence towards the south-east by Manukau Harbour; and towards the west generally by the sea to the place of commencement.
PARNELL.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by the Waitemata Harbour and coast-line, from the north-eastern corner of the Auckland East Electoral District to the Tamaki River: thence towards the east generally by the said Tamaki River to the southernmost corner of Lot No. 17 of Section No. 4 of Small Lots near Panmure: thence towards the south generally by the road which forms the southern boundary of Lots Nos. 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, and 6 of the said Section No. 4 to the road which forms the north-western boundary of the last-mentioned lot; thence by the last-mentioned road to its junction with the road which forms the south-western boundary of Lot No. 39 of Section No. 1 of Small Lots near Panmure; thence by the last-mentioned road forming the southern boundary of Small Lots Nos. 39 and 40 and Allotments Nos. 31 and 33 of Section No. 12, Parish of Waitemata, to the Great South Road near Penrose Junction; thence by the Great South Road to the junction of roads at the Harp of Erin Inn: thence towards the south-east by the road leading south-westerly from the Great South Road passing through Allotment No. 7, and along the north-western boundaries of Allotments Nos. 17A, 16, 15, 14A, 14, and through Allotment No. 13, and along the south-eastern boundary of the Hospital Reserve (Allotment part of 13) to the junction of roads at the Royal Oak Hotel; thence towards the west by the Auckland-Onehunga Road, and by the Eden and Auckland East Electoral Districts, hereinbefore described, to Waitemata Harbour, the place of commencement.
MANUKAU.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by the Eden and Parnell Electoral Districts, hereinbefore described, from the north-western corner of Allotment No. 87 at Mount Albert Road to the Tamaki River at the southernmost corner of Lot No. 17 of Section No. 4 of the Small Lots near Panmure; thence by a line due east across the Tamaki River to its eastern shore: thence towards the north-west by the
