Lands proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block V,
Longwood Survey District, Wallace County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of ‘The Land Act, 1892,” and its
amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent
of the owners and lessee of the lands mentioned in the First
Schedule hereto, and of the Wallace County Council, being the
local authority in whose district the said lands are situated,
proclaim as a road the lands in Longwood Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby,
with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is
not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore pro-
claimed.

of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His

Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington,
this second day of February, in the year of our
Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amend-
ments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and
lessees of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the con-
sent of the Stratford County Council, being the local autho-
rity in whose district the said land is situated, do by this

notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in
Omona Survey District hereinafter described, that is to
say,—

owner and occupiers of the lands hereinafter mentioned,
and with the consent of the Piako County Council, being
the local authority in whose district the said lands are
situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a
road the lands in Tupapa Survey District hereinafter
described, that is to say,—
