Finland .. .. 20 3d. for each £1 or fraction thereof Advised through U.K.* and Sweden. Sweden deducts ½ per cent. from each order. The balance is converted into Finnish marks at the rate of 72·5 ore = 1 Finnish mark. (See paragraph 16 at end of list.)
Formosa, and Pescadores Islands (Auping, Keelung, Taichu, Tainan, Taipah, Taitotai, Takaw, and Tamsui only) 40 Ditto .. .. Advised through Hong Kong and Japan, and converted into yen and sen at the current rate of exchange. Paid either in Japanese money or its equivalent in Formosan money or Formosan bank notes. (See paragraphs 16 and 17 at end of list.)
  • All money-orders made payable in foreign countries and British colonies and advised through the London office are subject to a deduction at London of 3d. for each £5 or fraction of £5.
