Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 10 of said Block XIV, towards the south-east by Pakau Street, towards the south-west by Section No. 8 of said Block XIV, and towards the north-west by Section No. 2 of said Block XIV. For municipal purposes.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57885/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Land temporarily reserved in the Otago Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.


SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section No. 67, Block XIII, Glenkenich Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 510 links; towards the east by part of Section No. 24, Block XIII aforesaid, and by the crossing of a road-line, 782·4 links; towards the north-east by part of said Section No. 24, 702·7 links; towards the south-east by part of Section No. 4, Block XXII, Town of Tapanui, 128 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 25, Block XIII aforesaid, and by the crossing of a road-line, 1789 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 472 links: excluding from the above-described boundaries a road-line which intersects the same: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56125/9, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For police purposes.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
