NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, held at Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 16th day of January, 1907, the following resolutions were passed:—

That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly under “The Companies Act, 1903.”

That CHARLES STEPHEN REEVES be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

That the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned JOHN BARTHOLOMEW CALLAN and JOHN McRAE GALLAWAY, carrying on business as Barristers and Solicitors, under the style of “Callan and Gallaway,” has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 1st day of January, 1907.

That the said business will be carried on under the style of “Callan and Gallaway” by the undersigned JOHN McRAE GALLAWAY and JOHN BARTHOLOMEW CALLAN, the Younger, who will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities of the said late firm and receive all moneys due thereto.
