*In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the Alpine No. 2 Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, held at Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 16th day of January, 1907, the following resolutions were passed:—

  1. That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly under “The Companies Act, 1903.”

  2. That CHARLES STEPHEN REEVES be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

I, ARTHUR GENTRY PITTS, Fellow Royal College of Surgeons, England; Licentiate Royal College of Physicians, London, now residing in Christchurch, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 26th February, 1907, to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given—

  1. That the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned JOHN BARTHOLOMEW CALLAN and JOHN McRAE GALLAWAY, carrying on business as Barristers and Solicitors, under the style of “Callan and Gallaway,” has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 1st day of January, 1907.

  2. That the said business will be carried on under the style of “Callan and Gallaway” by the undersigned JOHN McRAE GALLAWAY and JOHN BARTHOLOMEW CALLAN, the Younger, who will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities of the said late firm and receive all moneys due thereto.
