Pursuant to “The Mining Act, 1905,” the undersigned, the Golden Bed Dredging Company (Limited), Exchange Court, Dunedin, being the holder of the license specified in the Schedule, hereby applies for a renewal thereof for a term of fifteen years, commencing on the expiry of the current term.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, JAMES TURNBULL and SAMUEL NICOLSON, as Saddlers, at Gore, has been dissolved by mutual consent. The said Samuel Nicolson retires from the said business, which will be continued by the said James Turnbull, who will pay all debts and liabilities thereof and to whom all moneys due to the partnership are payable.
