Lands proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, through Section 193, Parish of Pepepe, Block XIII, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and of the mortgagee of the lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Raglan County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in the Rangiriri Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Pukeatua Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in Waiwera Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Land set apart as a Site for a Native Township in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the third section of “The Native Townships Act, 1895,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the parcel of Native land, situated in the Taranaki Land District, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby set apart as a site for a Native township, and I do hereby assign the name of “Aorangi” to such Native township.

SCHEDULE.
AORANGI NATIVE TOWNSHIP.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 118 acres, more or less, being part of Subdivision K No. 1, Section 2c No. 3, of the Ohura South Block, situated in the Ohura Survey District, and bounded as follows: Starting from peg No. 2 on the Otuiti Road by a line bearing 212° 12', 705·1 links; thence by a line bearing 270° 0', 2450 links; thence by a line bearing 248° 41' 30", 2015·4 links; thence by a line bearing 340° 59', 624·1 links; thence by a line bearing 351° 5', 527·3 links; thence by a line bearing 8° 16', 192·9 links; thence by a line bearing 68° 21', 514·8 links; thence by a line bearing 43° 1', 280·8 links; thence by a line bearing 337° 0', 109·4 links; thence by a line bearing 331° 16', 938·8 links; thence by a line bearing 63° 54', 335·8 links; thence by a line bearing 23° 59', 145·3 links; thence by a line bearing 47° 19', 249·5 links; thence by a line bearing 100° 4', 133·5 links; thence by a line bearing 170° 8', 550 links, to a small stream; thence along that stream for a distance of about 600 links to its
