SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Block I, Township of Ormondville, Takapau Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by the Mangarangiora Stream; towards the south-east by a railway reserve, 389·1 links, and by a public road 1 chain wide, 737 links; towards the south-west and north-west by a public road 1½ chains wide, 1782 links, to the Mangarangiora Stream: save and except a road 150 links wide which intersects the area herein described: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 50457, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of November, 1906.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and the amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards Act, 1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and three, delegating powers to the Victoria Park (Kaponga) Domain Board, and doth hereby appoint

THE KAPONGA TOWN BOARD

to be the Victoria Park (Kaponga) Domain Board, having, subject to the said Acts, control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called the Victoria Park (Kaponga) Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Kaponga, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

VICTORIA PARK (KAPONGA) DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Sections Nos. 29, 30, and 31, Kaponga Village Settlement. Bounded towards the north by the Eltham Road, 687 links; towards the east by a road, 437 links; towards the south by Sections Nos. 40, 39, and 38, 687 links; and towards the west by Section No. 28, 437 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 54586, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Fixing Sitings of District Courts.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that sittings of the District Courts of Taranaki, Wanganui, Wairarapa, Ashburton, Timaru and Oamaru, Otago Goldfields, Western Otago, Nelson, and Westland, for civil and criminal business, shall be held as follows, from and after the first day of January next, in lieu of those previously fixed and appointed:—

TARANAKI DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, New Plymouth, for civil business only, on 22nd February, 17th May, 16th August, and 22nd November.

In the Courthouse, Stratford, for civil and criminal business, on 20th February, 15th May, 14th August, and 20th November.

In the Courthouse, Hawera, for civil and criminal business, on 18th February, 13th May, 12th August, and 18th November.

WANGANUI DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, Wanganui, for civil business only, on 15th February, 10th May, 9th August, and 15th November.

In the Courthouse, Palmerston North, for civil business only, on 12th February, 7th May, 6th August, and 12th November.

WAIRARAPA DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, Masterton, for civil and criminal business, on 28th February, 23rd May, 23rd August, and 29th November.

In the Courthouse, Dannevirke, for civil and criminal business, on 26th February, 21st May, 20th August, and 26th November.

In the Courthouse, Pahiatua, for civil and criminal business, on 27th February, 22nd May, 21st August, and 27th November.

ASHBURTON DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, Ashburton, for civil business only, on 12th March, 11th June, 10th September, and 3rd December.

TIMARU AND OAMARU DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, Timaru, for civil business only, on 13th March, 12th June, 11th September, and 4th December.

In the Courthouse, Oamaru, for civil business only, on 15th March, 14th June, 13th September, and 6th December.

OTAGO GOLDFIELDS DISTRICT.

WESTLAND DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, Westport, for civil and criminal business, on 17th January, 11th April, 11th July, and 10th October.

In the Courthouse, Greymouth, for civil and criminal business, on 21st January, 15th April, 15th July, and 14th October.

In the Courthouse, Hokitika, for civil and criminal business, on 26th January, 20th April, 20th July, and 19th October.

In the Courthouse, Reefton, for civil business only, on 23rd January, 17th April, 17th July, and 16th October.

In the Courthouse, Kumara, for civil business only, on 25th January, 19th April, 19th July, and 18th October.

NELSON DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, Nelson, for civil and criminal business, on 31st January, 25th April, 25th July, and 24th October.

Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the Court appointed for that day shall be holden on the first day thereafter not being a holiday.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Notifying Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seven, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.
