NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, CHARLES FREDERICK DREW, of the City of Wellington, Manufacturer, and GEORGE WILLIAM THORPE, of the City of Nelson, Draper, as Drapers and Clothiers, under the style of “Drew and Thorpe,” and “The Cash Drapery Company,” at the said City of Nelson, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of July, 1906.

All debts and liabilities in connection with the co-partnership will be discharged by the said George William Thorpe, who will also receive all debts due to the said co-partnership and who will carry on the business solely on his own account as from the above date.

FOR Deaf Children of sound intellect. The pupils are taught to use and understand ordinary speech. The best age for entrance is between six and seven.

The full charge for board and education is £40 a year, but less is accepted from parents who cannot afford to pay this amount. In case of necessity admission is free.
