Additional Land taken in Tiriraukawa Survey District for the Purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway.

PLUNKET, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the North Island
Main Trunk Railway to take further land in Tiriraukawa
Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired
for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections
twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of "The
Public Works Act, 1905," and of every other power and
authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
THE several parcels of land mentioned hereunder:

Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight
Commander of the Most Distinguished Order
of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His
Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said
Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington,
this fifteenth day of November, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Gisborne-
Rotorua Railway to take further land in Waikohu Survey
District, in addition to land previously acquired for the
purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the
powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-
nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of "The Public
Works Act, 1905," and of every other power and authority
in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

THE parcel of land mentioned hereunder:

thereon coloured red.
