NOTICE is hereby given that a Meeting of the shareholders will be held at the office of the Liquidator, Tyrone Buildings, Customs Street East, Auckland, at 12 o’clock noon on Saturday, 10th November, 1906, when the following resolutions will be submitted:—

  1. That the report of the Liquidator, together with the statement of accounts submitted to the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, be received and adopted.
  2. That the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, be retained by the Liquidator for a period of six months, and after that period be destroyed.

AT an adjourned extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, held at Lawrence, on the 20th day of October, 1906, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members of this company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.” And at such last-mentioned meeting Mr. Stewart Fletcher, of Lawrence, Solicitor, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.
