In the matter of the Three-Mile (Greenstone Creek) Dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary meeting of the members of the above company, duly convened, and held at Dunedin, on Friday, the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting CHARLES GILBERT WHITE, of 90 Princes Street, Dunedin, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
