In the matter of Oakura, Section 170, and other blocks, and of an appeal by Arthur Pitt Porutu and Ani Pitt Porutu from the decision of the Native Land Court, dated the 3rd day of February, 1905, on succession to Ropata Ngarongomate, Hori Pipi, Neha Manihera, Rangikapuoho, and Meretini Kaumoana, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
