out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in
the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election
to administer the several intestate estates of the deceased
persons whose names, residences, and occupations, so far
as known, are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross
properties being estimated not to exceed £250 in each
case.

NOTICE is hereby given that, a surrender of the under-
mentioned pastoral run having been accepted by
resolution of the Hawke’s Bay Land Board, the said land
has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of
“ The Land Act, 1892.”

PURSUANT to section 215 of “The Land Act, 1892,”
notice is hereby given that the license of the under-
mentioned pastoral run is liable to forfeiture, and that if
the rent overdue thereon, together with the full amount of
the penalty for non-payment at due date, be not paid within
three months from the date hereof the license will be de-
clared forfeited.
