Inventions and Designs exhibited at New Zealand International Exhibition protected.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the international exhibition known as the New Zealand International Exhibition, to be held at Christchurch, in the said colony, commencing on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, is an industrial exhibition for the purposes of the said Act.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and six.
